I always think that working with motion-sensing devices should be taken to
mean that I'm trying to make SENSE of the dancer's motion, or that I'm
trying to capture and utilise the SENSE of the motion - not that I'm trying
to make a literal map of it. Once we lose track of the human body in all
of this, we're fried...and, generally speaking, if the technology isn't
transparent to the viewer, we're also in dangerous waters (oh dear, I think
that might cause a new thread...)
