Each year the program admits eight Fellows, six professionals and two
UCLA graduate students, who demonstrate a record of excellence and

The Fellows will be engaged in seminars, work with guest
speakers/teachers, and develop and produce video projects throughout the
residency. The ten-week, full-time program will take place between
January and March, 2000. Each professional Fellow will be provided with
travel expenses and a stipend of $5,000. Graduate Student Fellows will
receive 12-16 units of credit.
Applications may be obtained by calling the UCLA Center for
Intercultural Performance (310-267-0160) or by sending email to Ming Ng
(ming@arts.ucla.edu). THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IS MAY 1,
1999.
