Hi Jennifer, I also review books, and when I find the author's characters
are not "full-bodied" (the quotes here are meant to indicate 'in my
opinion') I sometimes call them figures. As I grope my way towards writing
about Biped, I am finding I am using that term for Kaiser's 3-D animations.
This will be useful in some cases but probably not all. Merilyn
