(Mark, I misplaced my deleuze/guattari),
cheer up.
I hope you were joking Jean Marc, about the boycott. I also hope Scott,
our wonderful moderate moderator, continues to let people express their
views rhisolactically, our list has been nothing but enlightening and
informative, as fas a I can remember.
dance and technology is certainly political, no doubt about it. the
rizzosomatic lines to the war on Iraq may not be apparent, but movements
are strange sometimes, and the current (political) movement in the US
has spiritual-fundamentalist implications that may come up on the IDAT99
roundtable on content and spirituality in contemporary work.
speaking about the latter, has anyone seen "hot body tattoo" - the
vancouver dance company? they did a piece in Houston 10 days ago called
"poetry and apocalypse" which I believe was about impeachment,
sexuality, and motion, if I got it right.
